Kate Dargan – Chief Executive Officer

A 30-year firefighting veteran of the California fire service,
Chief Dargan rose from the frontlines of firefighting to the governor-appointed top post of California
State Fire Marshal – a first as a woman. She has worked on Incident Command Teams on complex disasters
as well as initial attack operations and knows what first responders need to manage emergencies on the
ground, in the EOC, and in the media.

Brian Collins – Chief Operations Officer

With 20 years of experience in intelligence operations in both
industry and United States Marine military positions, he also has a comprehensive technical background
in remote sensing, emergency management, risk assessment, and geospatial information systems. He has
successfully directed high profile geospatial operations and remote sensing initiatives in support of
federal and state emergency response events, homeland security assessments, and intelligence and military
operations.

David Blankinship - Chief Technology Officer

A GIS leader and technical specialist, David has a 15 year
background in leading initiatives to make GIS an emergency operations tool. He is a national leader
specializing in communicating highly complex data and analysis into easy to understand field level
implementation of information. He has participated in numerous national award-winning projects, major
incidents all over the country including Katrina and the 2007 and 2008 California fire sieges.
